Okay, so I like things custom! Not sure if I'm the only one but with Windows Vista there's an update called "DreamScapes" which allows you to use video's as your wallpaper. I'd like ta tweak one of theirs with colors I like and slap my logo on it but for some reason cannot drag the mpg onto the Vegas timeline. The files don't look to be read-only so not sure what the deal is. Anyone got any ideas or have DreamScapes and can try it themselves?

This is the install path, at least on my machine:
