WM9 custom tempates in Vegas 3c

The updates page indicates that the Vegas 3c update should allow Windows Media 9 codecs to be available in the custom templates. I'm still only seeing wm7 and wm8 codecs. Is there a trick? What am I missing?

If you install Windows Media Player 9, you should see the Windows Media Audio 9 codec in the audio page of the custom dialog. The v9 video codec is not available from Vegas 3.0c (you'll need to upgrade to Vegas 4.0 to use it).

The WM9 audio codec is available because it is backwards compatible with Windows Media 8 (the WM9 video codec is not).
