I have some interlaced DV video clips from a DVX100 I want to render out to .wmv. Using the templates in Vegas 10e, I don't see an option to create anything other than progressive files. I was able to render an .mp4 of the same video using the Main Concept AVC codec that is interlaced and it looks great. But I don't see any options in the Windows Media Video 11 dialog that gives me the option to choose a field order and the finished video doesn't look nearly as good as the .mp4. These files are for download and playback on a computer. I'm sending the finished project to folks who use XP & Vista PC's and are stumped when I send an .mp4.
.WMV - can I render as interlaced?
