I have a client that uses a Pentium 3 computer and shows videos through PowerPoint. While this isn’t my favorite way to display videos it’s the only thing they have for now. The issue I am running into is when the video portions play they will skip a half second or jerk forward (like a cd skipping). I’m sure it’s the computer he is using as they will play fine on all of my p4 computers. I tried scaling down the quality and it gave me smaller files but still the same problem. What can I adjust to keep this from happening while maintaining a decent quality?
