wmv render doesn't match preview

I have footage of a TV on which I'm overlaying a clip, to make it appear like the clip is appearing on the television.

There is a zoom in on the TV, so I likewise have zoomed in on my overlay clip (using a combination of track motion and pan/crop), so everything is lined up perfectly throughout the sequence.

When I render as avi., it comes out just as it should (as seen in the video preview window). However, the overlay track is quite out of alignment when I render as wmv, and doesn't match up with what is seen in the preview at all.

For this project, I'm using about 10 or so video tracks total with lots of track motion and pan/crop, and this is the only part of the whole video that is out of allignment

Any ideas on what might be causing this, and how I might fix it?

Thanks.

Small Bump...

Any ideas, anyone?

Everything also renders properly as an mpg-2. I also tried messing with the properties settings, to no avail...

Thanks for any input.

check your render settings in wmv for aspect ratio - I had a similar thing happen when I rendered a video and inside teh custom tab the ratio was different to my project
