Please provide a more informative description of what happens. Where did you download VMSP17 from? Have you actually installed it? If yes, what happens when you click on the icon to open the program? Does it get to a certain screen and then stall? Is there an error screen? If yes, what does that error screen say and is there an error code?

Please provide the specifications of your computer (e.g. CPU, GPU, memory, Windows version, etc).

Also, is there a reason the you re-downloaded the program (e.g. new hard drive, new computer, re-installation of the OS, etc). If the same computer in all regards, did VMSP17 work previously?
