It sounds a lot like buy-out to me; Music Bakery or Music 2 Hues perhaps.

That music is the title track from the "Kill Bill" Soundtrack from Quentin Tarantino film, Kill Bill. Released on September 23, 2003

I could swear I see a cut during the last two scenes when he's tossing the cloth in the air. I think it's the same scene twice but if I wanted to sell one of those vests I would not keep that scene in there else people might think it's a camera trick.
