Write out filename and in and out times for all events

I'm new to Vegas Pro and video editing, so I may not be using the right terminology...

I have a number of .veg files from other users along with the video files, and I am looking for some way (either via scripting or a menu button in vegas pro) where I can write out the in and out times of all events. I'm not as interested in the start and end times of the events in the final video, but rather the start and end times from the clip where the event was extracted from (along with the filename).

Is this something that can be done in Vegas Pro?

@wendell, Go to View - Window - Edit Details and select "Events" in the dropdown box. You can then click in the box in the upper left-hand corner, press CTRL-C and go to Excel or Word (or anything else you might use - Notepad???) and press CTRL-V. Then you can delete the information you don't want and keep the information you do want.

But, yes, it could be done via scripting as well. Just no need to write a script to do it.

Thank you @jetdv. This is exactly what I need.
