WTF happened to customer service???!!!!

<rant>I got a new PC and try to install DVD Arch 5 but I get an error constantly....the server was unable to complete registration so I try from another computer and get the same thing. I click cancel and click on the link for customer support and it takes me to a search page loaded with irrelevant links. I try to register by phone and get a message that they don't do it over the phone any more...I try to email support but it it states my user name or password is wrong (nope) ....what the heck is one supposed to do???</rant>

You have to register a second log in and password for that part of the web. The info you use to come here is not used anywhere else.

Yes I realize that but I have used this service before and it always accepted my login info.
With your suggestion though I tried to register a new account but it stated the email address was already used which got me to a page to reset the password (I entered the one I've been using for 10 years) and so I'm expecting an email but nothing so far.
Thanks for your suggestion though it may wind up resolving my issue sooner or later.
