X-minutes of video = how many GBs?

What is the "formula" for figuring GBs per minute of digital video using Vegas' codec (forget uncompressed)? How many GBs, for example, is 14,400 minutes of digital video?

For DV, it's around 224 MB per min. (13 and a bit GB per hour).
