I purchased the above mentioned CD writer. It has an advanced audio master quality recording feature. I'm wondering if this feature can be accessed through CD Architect now or in the near future. If it can be accessed, how do I do it? If not, is there a way to compensate for it?
You can't use audio master directly from cd architect. What your going to have to do is dowload Collin Hill's premaster utility and create a cue sheet and burn your cds in nero. I can't remember the web address off the top of my head, but do a search in this forum for more info as other users have done a much more thorough explanation of how this works and Mr. Hills adress is there as well. It's not as compicated as it sounds and this method does work very well. I also use an F1 and this method. Be sure to thank Mr. Hill for creating and supplying as freeware such a handy utility. The SF folks said they would look into supporting audio master mode, but unless there is huge widespread demand I wouldn't hold my breath, and this work around is relatively painless.

Nero supports F1 Audio Master.
Does anyone notice any difference in sound quality between the Audio Master setting, and a standard one [other than it takes up a heap more space]?
