Your best settings for streaming?

What's your best settings for streaming video. I'd like something around 360x240 or so...

Streaming as to what? What bitrate?
There is a streaming tutorial (actually 3 of them) on the Sundance site.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I guess the trick is to try a lot of different settings...each time waiting for the rendering to be done.
