Youtube privacy settings - Unlisted but my friend says 'restricted'

I'm a bit confused with Youtube's video privacy settings..

Some of my videos are uploaded with 'unlisted' settings, and so far I can understand, 'unlisted' means only people who have the YT link able to watch the video. But my friend says the video is restricted.

Also, no age restriction... - So I wonder any other settings / user settings that might be missed?

Additional info: unlisted video from my other 'company' channel is accessible, but unlisted video from my 'personal' channel is 'restricted'.

Any connection with Restricted Mode settings?

If it's just one friend this is happening to, they may have the restriction set on their computer for age or other content. I share links to unlisted content and never had a problem with it.

Just look at her Youtube app in her iPhone, and yes, she turned on the Restricted Mode ('Strict'), so that's why she has trouble watching... but since her children like to borrow her phone to watch Youtube, I think it's better leave it ON. At least she know now where to look at.

On the other side, my video can be watched even in Restricted Mode !.
