Zooms in bottom left Corner

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this, my issue is that my Vegas pro (18) used to zoom in the center when doing transitions, but that is no longer happening, it now zooms in to the bottom left corner of the screen which is really irritating and might I add an issue. This mostly happens with BlurMoCurves, which I've never seen that happen, and yes the center is at (0.50 , 0.50) but I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem, thank you for your time.

Are you rendering to the same resolution as your project is set for?

System 1:

Windows 10
i9-10850K 10 Core
128.0G RAM
Nvidia RTX 3060 Studio driver [most likely latest]
Resolution        3840 x 2160 x 60 hertz
Video Memory 12G GDDR5

System 2:

Lenovo Yoga 720
Core i7-7700 2.8Ghz quad core, 8 logical
16G ram
Intel HD 630 gpu 1G vram
Nvidia GTX 1050 gpu 2G vram

Are you talking about things like the rendering being 29.970p? Or am I missing something, I am new to the whole program, so I might be confused with the rendering system.
