To change the IP address or port of the network license manager in the client configuration, open the install.cfg file for the respective program in a text editor.

This file is located in the program folder.
The file contains the following two entries:

NetworkServerName=
NetworkCommunicationPort=

Change these entries as needed. Then, save the file and open the program again.
