Please uninstall the software using the "Mircrosoft Fix it" Tool.
- Click on "Uninstall" in the tool.
- Search for your program and then confirm.
- Please delete the remaining program folders under the following paths:
Should you not be able to see the "AppData" folder, you will have to change the respective setting. To do so, go to "Folder options" in the Control Panel and activate the option "Show hidden files, folders and drives" under "View"/ "Hidden files and folders".
Then reinstall the program using the download version.
You can find the installer in your Service Center account on ww.magix.com.
If the Online Registration is not performed automatically during the first launch of the application, please click on the menu "Help" > "Register Online..." and follow the instructions on the screen.
