To fix this problem, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows Key+R on your keyboard to open the "Run" dialog. There, enter the following command:
   C:\Program Files\MAGIX\SpectraLayers Pro 4.0\Win64\SpectraLayers.exe" -register -user 200
2. Then, try registering the software again.
