1. Could this feature not be part of the default 'Pan/Crop' control rather than a separate FX?

2. How to add a border to the crop? I added a VEGAS Border FX after the crop - but the border is applied to the whole frame and not the cropped frame. Same is true with the new PIP fx.

NOTE: I found that this fx crashed VEGAS if I used the crop while on the train (e.g. disconnected from the internet).
