Any tips on how to troubleshoot the application hanging? It does frequently for a reason that I can't consistently duplicate. The only thing that seems constant is that it occurs while the preview is playing - I might be adjusting a clip or audio levels. I've left it for hours to see if it ever corrects itself and it does not.
I've changed the preview memory, upgraded drivers, disabled graphics card acceleration, and whitelisted the process in antivirus. Unfortunately, the lack of an actual crash which can give details (not that I've had good luck with Vegas support in the past...) makes me feel like I'm just flying blind. My workaround has been to save a lot and only have to go back and re-do a few minutes worth of work.
I'm running VMS 16 Build 109 on Windows 10 1809 (specifically build 17763.379).
