  Render to a new track - uses the orig media not the proxy?
  Hi, I think I know the answer to this but got to ask, if I choose to 'Render to a new track' one event that has proxies, can I assume it's using the orig media not the proxy, just like when you render the full & final project?

  Rendering to a new track is the same as normal rendering, it always uses the original media and not the proxy. The proxy is only used for previewing (in draft and preview mode).

  @Gid I would assume it is the original, not the proxy. But I suppose it is easy to test this if you know the proxy file location, just replace the proxy clip with a different clip but with the same name and render to new track!

  Compositing Mode should be applied at event level too.It will be good when user want to apply other compositing mode with 3D Source Alpha mode. In waiting of this feature, you can use MASK GENERATOR for making any event or track for screen blending

  Dexcon is right...this feature is available in Sound Forge, but not currently in Vegas Pro. I have added it as a feature request Thank you Derek. I would suggest a "CNTRL+SHIFT+UP arrow" would nicely fit for "Increasing waveform display of JUST ONE
