Well... it's a LOT closer!!! 😁 I think it's because you are "sorting" the events so the "first" one might not be the "top" one. I've changed the initial "look for bottom" loop to now also "look for top". So see if this change makes a difference:

@sonicvision It's because you're using Track Motion to reduce your image not Pan/Crop. Try a combination of both, reduce the size of your image using Pan/Crop first, add drop shadow, then enlarge/shrink it using Track Motion.

Howdy. Professional video mapper here... Typically, you want 1920x1200, it's very rare to find a projector with a 1920x1080 native resolution, most are 16:10 aspect ratio. As for your question, I'd suggest using track motion vs. picture in picture.
