Strange Quality issues on rendered playback
I am a long time user but this is the first time I've reached the point where I need to ask for help because I'm at out of idea's and can't seem to figure out what's going on.I'll start with PC/Software specs...Vega's Pro 21, Movie Studio Platinum

Vidcap will capture DV25 over 1394 FireWire, not your screen. Uninstall dxtory or capture with it, but OBS is strongly recommend for Vegas.

Vegas generally does not like the video produced by a lot of game/screen-recording programs/formats such as Fraps, Bandicam, Wirecast, Action!, DXtory. OBS Studio records more standard x264/MP4 video that Vegas happily plays with it's built-in
