I have no idea what this error message means or does. I have looked everywhere but nothing has seemed to help. I also have an issue where the render freezes at 24% and sometimes 90%. For strange any help would be appreciated thank you.

I just bought (licensed) movie studio 17 suite. the product comparison showed it contained audio studio as well. I do not see the software on my computer. How do I get that? How do I get rid of error 24, I had MS v13 and ASv10 from long ago

Typically you would see "error -24" if you typed your serial number incorrectly or "the app is registered already under a different email address or login information is messed up." If the standard Support advice does not help, you need to Ask
