  I originally used Vegas 15 to increase the volume of an MP3 audio and found that there was no change after render. After upgrading to Vegas Pro 21 and testing it, I still didn't see any volume increase. Is this a problem related to the Win11 system

  No MP3 VP20 Build 403
  MP3 files do not appear in Vegas Explorer, and display as a flat waveform line when dragged in from Windows Explorer. No MP3 Render template. I've tried resetting the program, and then uninstalling and reinstalling. Any ideas? It just never ends.

  Your screenshot shows PAL DVD video with an AC3 audio track. Simplest thing is to convert to MP4 in Handbrake -- it has presets specifically to accept your video format. Shutter Encoder will also do the same kind of conversion. @Antonio-Henriques
