Remove motion blur from interview footage?

I recorded some interview footage and for reasons not clear, there is some blur with the interviewee. The focus on him is sharp enough, but he has some quick movements as he speaks. When showing edits, some mentioned that the speed is not correct.

@Mobby Hi, no is the simple answer, adding Picture in Picture to the Adjustment event does a similar thing to what you're doing with Pan/Crop in your pics, you'll have to use the Parent - Track Motion to achieve the "edit and animate the text"
