Motion Blur Bug Vegas 19
Can anyone else reproduce this bug? I've created a title with a keyframed moving path. I'm now trying to add a motion blur to the title which starts off with no blur and ends with a full blur. As soon as I add a keyframe to the end of the clip,

RE: Insert Track Motion Points at Exact Time Separation
Thanks @jetdv I will go through the tutorials again and try and put this together. This is very kind of you. By the way, my long-winded description is overly complex. I don't need 4 keyframes, it is actually only 2. It is basically this: I will

RE: Boris FX has created super comprehensive content for Mocha VEGAS
I'm still debating whether it's worth me upgrading to the suite or just get Edit again. @Former user Now Mocha VEGAS and Vegas have achieved true deep integration: Without leaving Vegas UI, you can transfer Mocha Tracking data, Mask data, and Roto

RE: Photo burst: what is the ideal duration per photo to simulate film?
... when I play the timeline, I find this to feel like it is to fast (it feels like a speed up) Back in analogue days, this was always the case with filmed US TV series (NTSC 24 fps) played on a telecine on TV in Australia (PAL 25 fps) - there was

Halarious crash (bezier curves)
Vegas Pro 21 b315Wanted to share this crash on here because I bursted out laughing when this happened. I was using the Picture in Picture plugin so I could utilize bezier curves for motion. I'm not exactly sure why this happened, but when i went to

RE: Change CPU ? (Intel I5-9700K -> I5-13400F)
You should look for a k series Intel with iGPU for best playback performance. I have the 13600K myself. 120fps is for slow motion so I assume your project is 30 or 60fps. You should get a decent framerate with either.

RE: Can anyone explain me these 2 functions? I am unable to understand.
1. Match Camera View A very good question. None of those R click options seem to be covered in the user manual. Equally, what does 'Restore View' do? Nothing as far as I can tell. Besides 'Match Camera View' and 'Restore View', all the other options

Integrated Masking Think how masking works in VEGAS Effects or After Effects. You don't add an effect or open the pan/crop window. You just click on either a shape mask and draw it out directly on the preview monitor, or you click on the bezier pen

RE: Motion Blur Bug Vegas 19
@PeterH Hi, yeah there might be something going on there, VP19 crashed 3 times, twice just after applying the Motion blur to a Titles & Text event that I'd keyframed in Pan/Crop to move from left to right, the other time it crashed when i tried

RE: Converting all instances of Legacy Text to Sony Titles and Text
Export your titles to a codec that supports an Alpha channel, then you can superimpose them over any video easily. Try using the track motion drop shadow or outline to create the effect you want.

RE: video is blocky/choppy
I question the premise of 24fps making videos cinematic (intentionality in using the language of cinema to create meaning is more important) but that aside, if you want the final video to be 23.976 fps shoot the source video at the same framerate.

3D camera tracking.
Hello, sorry for this question, maybe it's impolite, but I used After Effects a long time ago and remember that in him I easily have used built-in 3D camera tracker for 3D tracking, so I thought that in the Vegas Effects I will find the same, but

RE: Vegas from Sony to now
Recording at 200fps just to downsample to 60fps doesn't work, as 60 doesn't divide into 200. You are losing frames unevenly, which actually creates judder, and reduces the quality of the final render because a conversion is having to take place.

RE: No Rolling Shutter, Sony A9-III?
@Reyfox I've done a few lately. I don't have a big problem with rolling shutter... ... as much as motion blur caused by low frame rate for the action I sometimes try to catch.

It's not a trivial question to answer. Start with the Magix AVC presets that match your resolution and framerate. If you see compression artifacts where there are areas of high detail or motion increase the maximum. MagixHEVC presets are on the

RE: VEGAS Pro Edit 19 stops responding in the middle of editing
240fps is not a framerate suitable for video editing. Framerates for video editing are in the range of 24-60fps. Higher recorded framerates are used for creating fluent slow motions. For example 240fps can be used to create 4x or 8x times slomo when

The average bitrate of even a complex motion-in-detail x264 can be tamed by adjusting the vbv-bufsize and vbv-maxrate ratio. Very useful for streaming on social media with their peak bitrate penalties. @mark-y Indeed very usefull, could you tell
