  ERROR States: sfppack1_64.dll failed to register. Downloading online, cannot get past this error, I was able to download everything else related to the Vegas Movie Studio 17.0 Premium. Vegas technical support sucks, cannot even contact them

  Error: -2147163964
  When I tried to open Vegas pro this morning it wouldn't open and suggested reinstallation. So I did that, but during the instillation process I got this error code and was told to contact support personnel.
