The error message suggests that you have an issue with your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Either missing, corrupt, or incompatible. Have you tried sfc /scannow or the various DISM commands? Or a search?

I keep getting this error trying to download into E Drive. (Error: -2147163964 Invalid Drive: E:\) I have no external drives connected. I have done the Microsoft Visual C++ several times.

Installation error -2147163964
When attempting to open Vegas Pro 17 I kept receiving error "0xc000012f." I have not previously had any issues opening Vegas. I uninstalled the program and attempting to redownload but continue to get this error and it will not allow me to install

Is the error code actually 'Error - 2147163964' (with a 1 between 7 and 6)? If yes, do a Google search and you'll find a number of issues about this with different Sony Creative Software products mostly with different possible solutions (or none).
