  You could try to install the latest drivers for your Intel 630, i.c. driverversion 27.20.100.8673 d.d. 12-08-2020. On my laptop from signature GOPro HEVC 4K 50p files play without a problem in VMS 17 Pl.

  What media are you using? DJI or GoPro?Maybe try enabling legacy AVC decoding if you're really having issues. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I tried that already too. I'm shooting with a Canon SL2 full HD, and an iPhone 11.

  Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same problem with GoPro Max Cineform files out of the GoPro PLayer. Premiere takes it but Vegas doesn't and I have tried dozens of things too. Any luck on your end?
