27EQ850 or 27EP950-B LG OLED PRO Monitor good for video editing?

I recently watched Netflix on an LG C1 OLED TV and the picture is so good, I'm wanting to buy one of these monitors for editing in Vegas Pro. I currently have a 4 year old LG LED monitor. Anyone doing this? Which model is best? Edit in sRGB or DCI-P3 color space for YouTube target delivery? I currently have a Panasonic HC-X1, but thinking of upgrading to the HC-X2 which has 10 bit HDR, so an HDR display will be good then. Just wondering if it's worth the $1,700.

@wilri001

The pixel pitch wouldn't work for me now that I'm over thirty. 3840 x 2160 in a 26.9" display would make the text so small that I couldn't read it. Even 2560x1440 in a 27" is slightly smaller than what I'm using now.

For UHD, I'd be looking at something much larger.

@john_dennis I'm 75 and have no problem with my current 27" LED. Perhaps I'm sitting closer to the screen. I have Windows text size set at 175%.

I do have a 2nd VESA arm, so I guess I can just keep my current LED and see how the colors look on both of them if they prove to be much different. Still, I'm curious how many editors use OLED.

I use an LG55C7P for color grading HDR content, it works great as a secondary full screen preview monitor, again especially for HDR projects.

@fr0sty Do you find the same color correction works well on both OLED and LED in SDR? To put it another way, if you set color so it looks great on OLED, does it also look great on LED? Each screen will have its own characteristics for sure, but with OLED having higher contrast ratio, for example, does setting levels using the OLED then look washed out on the LED? This sort of thing. Most of my audience will be using LED, but I'm hoping I can also provide a great experience for an OLED user.

I've had no issues, but i always check my videos on my LCD just to be sure (even "LED" TVs use LCD panels to generate the color... actual LED TVs, Micro LED as they're called, are superior to even OLED, as they have the same color reproduction and contrast, but can get much brighter).
