MY LAP TOP HAS 12 GB RAM (USABLE 11.8GB) 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEMX64 BASED PROCESSOR, INTEL(R)CORE(TM) i7-6500 U CPU @2.50 GHZ TOUCH SUPPORT HP PAVILION NOTE BOOK. CAN VEGAS PRO 18 EDIT IS COMPATIBLE TO WORK ON THIS ? CAN I CREATE 4K OR 8K HOME MOVIES WITH VEGAS PRO 18 ON THIS LAP TOP HAVING 1920X1080 RESOLUTION ? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Can I do or edit movies 1920x1080..? Because I already have purchased vegas pro 18 edit. I have not registered yet. I do not want to spend more money on new computer. Rather it is expensive....THANKS for your help.

I suspect it will work. Minimum recommended is an i5, you have a low power i7. It will probably help is laptop has an SSD drive, usually something you can upgrade yourself. Depending on your source files you may end up using proxies. My best suggestion is to try the 2 week trial and test yourself on your laptop

Thanks. I do not have SSD. Disk Drive is one. TB. Free space 400 GB. I am already using. VEGAS MOVIE STUDIO from the last 2 years which is working fine on 1920x1080 (60 frames). Rendring time is ok.

I have already paid... Anyhow. I shall test this in a day or so.
