Ciprian-Caizar wrote on 2/23/2021, 12:44 AM

Hi, I filmed last project in 8k 30p C-LOG with my Canon R5 buy Vegas pro 18 is unable to load/open the files.

Dos VP18 support any C-log files?

Any solution?

@Ciprian-Caizar There are different forms of R5 8K available in that camera, Raw, Log, 420 8bit, 422 10bit, some will load, others won’t. Best to post mediainfo of the file. For example AFAIK, Canon Raw is not supported in VP.

Also, if you have a short sample you can upload to Google Drive or another service people with different systems can confirm if it works at all.

It was film in C-log 4K and C-log 8K and it looks like Davinci Studio can handle and Premiere but not VP18
