Under XAVC-S, the render formats that have an "=" mark beside them will usually match the source in terms of most of the parameters. Those render options will usually "smart render" for straight cuts. If you add a color correction or effect, the video will be encoded with some generation loss.

I also browsed around you website - very impressive. I took a look at your blog and the Canary Wharf photo editing video is awesome. I am a pretty competent LR/Photoshop editor but I saw some techniques I'd never seen before, and your artistry is amazing.
