I am looking for a script which lets me add i.e. two keyframes on video track (not video track event).
I would like to these keyframes to be pan and crop. First keyframes would be in original width/height, but second keyframe would be zoomed with 90% of width/height.
Can you share me some sample script which can do operation on keyframes on video track level (not video track event)?

Do you want zooming to happen across the entire track? But how long do you want to keep this zoom going? Or you want the script to identify how many events are on the track so the time is relative to that.
I asked for a script to be a sample. The goal idea is completely different. I want to zoom a video and then in next keyframe reset the zoom to the original zoom among the entire track.
Could you show an example, capturing your vegas screen.

@marcinzm First of all Pan/Crop is an EVENT tool so you can't add "Pan/Crop" keyframes to anything except an event. If you truly want pan/crop, you'll have to do it at the event level.
Now if you want it on the TRACK level, you can use Track Motion.

I would like a screen recording so I can understand exactly how this would be executed, I am asking for this information because I don't think a script is needed for this, I believe I have a solution, but I would need a recording of screen to know exactly how this zoom would be, the duration and how much it would zoom in.
Try something like this:
Get a video track
VideoTrack myTrack = (VideoTrack)myVegas.Project.Tracks[0];
Get the "Track Motion" information for the track and then pull in the base keyframe.
TrackMotion tm = myTrack.TrackMotion;
TrackMotionKeyframe BaseKF =tm.MotionKeyframes[0];
Add a new keyframe 5 seconds down the track
TrackMotionKeyframe newKF = tm.InsertMotionKeyframe(Timecode.FromSeconds(5));
Now adjust that new keyframe as desired:
newKF.Height = BaseKF.Height * 1.1;
newKF.Width = BaseKF.Width * 1.1;
