Alert Media Warning

Would it possible to please know how to get rid of this alert. I have just updated my Pro 19 and now everytime I upload a file a now very annoying pop up appear with the header 'Alert Media Warning' The file you're uploading does not support efficient editing. I'm using all the same sort of files I've used since Vegas 13 and no issues, just now since the upgragde, there is a box that you can click to not show again but it just comes back next project. Anyones else ahd this issue?

@LEE_G - Well, VP19 is telling you something, clever. I wouldn’t, necessarily, ignore it but do some research into why. Have a good look at your Project Media and scrutinise it all. The OTHER area of focus could be that Project Setting down at the bottom: Something like Media and so on…. It’s always confused me as to what would be for the best. VP is awfully good at “helping” us, just sometimes it kinda makes me stumble at just “helpful” it can be. Reminds me of of an over active, willing to please, spaniel puppy 🐶.

So, don’t ignore it, try and discover just what the pup is telling you. 😉

No, it isn't every file- it's ones that really do give Vegas fits like Zoom, certain rips, etc. Has nothing to do with render settings either.

Check MediaInfo to see what the commonality is: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

Anyway it can be disabled in internal preferences.

Thanks for the replies guys, I've just finished nights and I'll get back to this tonight. I've inclulded what it says and looking about the replies the answers may well there and thanks. Whats throwing me is I use multiple stock vidoes and images from 2 stock sites and have does since 2013 and can be 100 per video and all was fine, even in Pro 19...until I clikced on the update, when I click on it it goes fine but comes back once I start a new video. It is like the upgrades ticked a box somewhere.

The "do not show again" issue where it reappears does seem like a bug.

This warning didn't exist before this build of VP 19 as far as I'm aware.

Yes it did and it worked, thank you very much, the upgrade has set it to true instead of false. Thank you to all that replied, I appreciate it and it was nice to gain some help as I've never used here before for the forum. I've posted it here and the other thread incase it helps others too.
