ALERT: VegasCreativeSoftware.info maintenance and update

Dear users,

We want to alert you to major maintenance and updates to the forums and customer service portal coming in the near future. The major change associated with this work is a much improved experience for users who need to contact our support team.

The maintenance period will be:

  • Start: Monday, October 10, 2022 at 11am CDT
  • End: Monday, October 17, 2022 at 11am CDT

During this period, unfortunately there will be times you will not be able to create a ticket with technical support. Outages may occur from time to time on this forum as well. Our moderators will be available to help with any support issues and the VEGAS team will monitor these forums to help as much as possible during this time. We will also work to have chat support open as much as possible during this period.

Unfortunately, the new forum update has resulted in longer delays in switching between categories - particularly switching to the Vegas Pro category - as well as selecting the latest comment on a thread and only getting some other comment from another thread or sometimes More Important Posts. It's now much worse than before the update.

The slowness is more likely due to the release of the update and the vast number of people downloading that installer as opposed to the update of the forum software. All these systems are, sadly, confined to the same bandwidth pipeline.
