Maybe look in the media bins (upper left side- next to explorer, etc.) and see if there are any duplicate names. If the whole thing is a mess, perhaps copy and paste the timeline to a new project. Maybe the project got corrupted.

For render freezes, what's at 24% and 90% on the timeline? Consider deleting and re-adding the media. If that doesn't work, put dynamic ram preview to 0MB and try again.

You certainly do not have two files with the same name "Main Timeline" in your project, as clearly stated in the error message?

I dont even have a single file called "Main Timeline" that's what I'm confused about myself I thought it meant I have something the exact same on my timeline itself but I'm genuinely lost
