Eeeeewww....I'm jealous, I was looking at those Flat Pannel Etch-a-Sketch monitors. The only problem is that the red frame color, so I was highly considering going with the Barney monitors because it better matches my PC case. My only concern is with the Barney monitors the resolution seems to be a bit fuzzy.

I'm not completely locked in yet, because I'm just building my own PC. I decided to go with the Tinker Toy parts, because of budget concerns, but I'm thinking about waiting and saving up my allowance to either go with the Lincoln Log brand, because of it's more robust design, but I also like the Lego brand because of it's expandibility options. Maybe, I'll just shake up my Magic eightball, and let that make my final decision.

I'm surprised DSE hasn't offered any advice, he's always helping us out with these HDV questions. Maybe he's using the more expensive, Playskool HDVpro codec?

Red consult your see and say on these matters. I think it's time you narrow it down.
and also go with the Etch-a-Sketch "Pro" monitors, not some cheap knock off's after all they are industry standard.

You guys are all living in the stone age. They have brand new, disposable HDV codecs right down at my local 7-11. Buy two, get one free.

Would this count as a Lego™ codec implementation?

You can purchase my new Fisher Price software tools that give many different effects, such as:

-the "Lite Brite" effect
-Intellivision graphics
-"Pong" motif
-Mr. Potato Head 3D effects
-the "Stretch Armstrong" look
-and many more!

Also, if you want to insert a Lincoln log between two Legos, just position the mouse and click! Saves hours of time!

I'm holding off Jeff, thanks for the offer. I've heard Vegas 6 will come bundled with these.

FYI,
I just visited the McDonalds playpen website, and if you buy a happy meal, it comes with the Sponge Bob square pants sponge filter effect. Don't wait too long, it's only "available for a limited time only while supplies last." Last month they had the Slinky effect and I missed out and that gem.
