Footage from El Gato HD60X Capture Card, but error happens before any footage is loaded or if app is opened as new project.
My System:
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K 3.40 GHz
32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
Application freezes and becomes unresponsive immediately at launch. Cannot select a project before the application stops working. Stumped and would really love some help.
Yesterday Vegas was working just fine, mid project I opened the Vegas Hub tab (Something I've done countless times before with no issue) and it gave the "Vegas is not responding" error. Since then, I can't even get beyond the welcome screen, if it gets that far. Program freezes up before I can turn off GPU performance or make any performance changes for that matter, and I also cannot get my system to take a screenshot after the program has the error either.
Steps I have taken/tried:
- Updated the Driver with the most recent Studio Driver.
- Uninstalled/Reinstalled entire 365 Package
- Launch Program disconnected from internet
- Turned on Compatibility Mode with Windows 8 and Running Program as Admin
- Cleared space on the Drive despite multiple gigs free.
- Set Highest Priority from Task Manager.

Genuine thank you for any help! Would be a shame to have to find an alternative program, especially when this project was literally minutes from being finished.
