Asking for Help/Check for Driver Updates crashes the program.

I've seen that too, it's been like that since last week. I thought it was related to the Magix server problems but it persists.

My machine doesn't crash, but I don't see any evidence that it looked very hard for an update.

I'm currently running a very old version of the driver to avoid a problem with another program. It should have found many newer ones.

I'm in the US.

I only have the Intel video adapter.

@john_dennis It hasn't worked for finding new Intel drivers for years. It does seem to work for NVIDIA and AMD (well, it did at least until recently).

I tried also other and older versions.
VMS has not that Help option
Vegas Pro 18 and 19 no problem.
Crashing starts from version 20 and up.

It is a widespread issue, I have the crash as well. Probably a server issue or internet related issue whereby the current Vegas implementation request respond handling (or lack of it) as a receiver is responding incorrect by crashing instead of being robust and give the correct result (or give a proper reason for a failure to obtain a proper result). Anyway it should never crash.

This is based on the following: when in Vegas, disconnect the internet, then ask for help/check driver -> In this case Vegas does not crash - pointing to something Vegas gets from the internet back it cannot handle properly...

Not seeing this issue it finds Nvidia driver as it should. W11 24H2.

21.208 and 22.194 crash with my 4060 mobile. W11 24H2.

I get nothing when checking for my AMD GPU. I do know that there is one more current than what I am using. I'm getting "Not found" for both Download and Change List.
