Audio break up, then silence.

Just cutting a simple family video to a music track and I'm getting constant audio drop out. It's very random. You can scrub back a few cuts and it plays again, then stops. Then starts, then silent.

Anyone else experience this? Do you have a work around?

I've attached the report from the original video file which has as music track I was using. As I started becoming more of an issues I rendered it to a mp3 and used that but the same happened. I've cut and paste the origal report for the video/audio file and the second for the mp3.

These bit rates are profoundly low for UHD video. How did they get that low? Did you encode the actual source in another application that uses FFMPEG?

Hi John,

I'm using 22.122.

I used OBS to pull an audio track not the video, so not bothered about that.

I found another app to lift the music track and this is the file info, and even though the bit rate is good I'm still getting complete drop out on the final render?? I wonder if there are fragments of data from the previous lower quality audio is making it stumble??

Just done a re-render with higher bit rate audio and that's solved it thanks John!
