If you already use Vegasaur, it can do this from within Vegas Pro.

Then FFmpeg is another choice, freeware.

MyFFmeg another tool for little money.

Thanks Marco. I already have Vegasaur but I am not aware it can do re-wrapping  (converting without transcoding) can you please tell me how to do that in Vegasaur?

There are FFmpeg features included which you'd find via the Vegasaur "Render/Smart Trim" menu. If you open this window there are "FFmpeg" options below. Check "Custom Command" and click "Build". In the next window click the yellow star on the lower left and select "Re-wrap to MOV".

Be sure all the clips meant to be re-wrapped are in the same Vegas Pro track.
