Black/Blank Video Preview Screen with Movie Studio 16 on Windows 7 Pro

Hey Folks,

I'm running Movie Studio 16 Build 109 (Version 16) on a Windows 7 Pro machine with dual Nvidia GeForce 980 cards and am getting a black/blank Video Preview screen. There is sound and the video shows in the timeline, but nothing is visible.

I updated Quicktime, Flash, and Nvidia drivers---no success. I tried older Nvidia drivers and that didn't work and that didn't seem to make a difference. Can someone please give me some guidance? I would appreciate any help that one could offer.

Hi John,

On the top of the Preview display there are several icons. To the right of the Fx icon is a split screen icon. Id you haven't already tried, I would click on it to toggle and see if there is any difference.
