bug of Asian localized VP 18 : Video FX panel can't show correct name.

Video FX panel can't show correct localized plugin name.

Take 360° Stabilization for example. In Plugin Manager Window, it show "VEGAS 360°手ブレ補正" correctly. But in Video FX panel, it is still "360° Stabilization".

This has been solved by downloading and installing package : https://dl05.magix.net//2020/VEGASPro18/Update/VEGAS_Pro_18.0.0.284_JP.exe
