build 643 doesn't have Video FX Motion blur and Video Stabilization

My Vegas Pro build 643 doesn't have Video FX Motion blur, Motion Tracker and Video Stabilization ?
What do I have to do to enable it? Not showing in the Video FX window.

You are missing quite a few, including the Ai ones.

For Ai, have you installed the required deep learning modules?

For the rest I don't see how they went missing- this is a non-pirated install? Perhaps try a reinstall or reset.

I uninstalled Vegas Pro 19 from my computer and reinstalled it. I installed a deep learning module.
My Vegas Pro build 643 doesn't have Video FX Motion blur, Motion Tracker and Video Stabilization.
Why is that?

Did you already did reset your installation, for this kind of problems mostly better than reïnstalling.

Try what J-v says and see if it restores the Fx. I take it the Ai powered filters like upscale appeared?
