I have tried three times tonight after spending the day trying to install Movie and I am really pretty upset that there is no phone line for support. The installer says that "One or more items failed to download. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again or please install required item." What does that mean? I don't know what the item is and of course I am connected to the internet.

Where did you install VP 19 from? Magix Service Center? You can also just download it from the news page on this forum. Most recent update is 381.

I'm having the same exact problem (02/28/2022) trying to upgrade from Vegas Pro 17 to 19. Guess i should have done my research homework.

Just download the latest versions directly from here if there is an issue with the installer from your Magix Service Center account.
