Can't install Vegas Pro 18.0 because "it is already installed"

Hi, I'm trying to install Vegas Pro 18.0 downloaded from my service center, but when running the installer I'm getting an error message stating that the software is already installed and that I have to uninstall it. It is not installed, and I believe this come from a failed install. How can I fix this issue?

I am 100% sure that the program is not anywhere in my program files or appdata folders, and it does not show up in the control panel or Windows settings.

Use Windows Installer Cleanup to see if it can detect Vegas Pro 18 residue.
