Does anyone know why I can´t open this ProRes file in Movie Studio Platinum 13? I have downloaded a sample ProRes file from internet and that one will load fine to MSP. The file which I can´t open is a scan from Super 8 movie with no sound.

Do you have Quicktime for Windows 7.7.9 installed?

What program/device created the file?

Does it play in media players such as VLC Media Player or the Quicktime Player?

Yes, QT 7.7.9

The files came from the company that scan my old Super 8 movies so I don´t know which program they used. Maybe Final Cut Pro.

Yes, the files plays in both VLC and QT.

Could it be that it is 50 fps? Or that there is no audio track?
