Possibly a Windows update buy try these:

  1. Shutting down VMS then restarting again
  2. Shut down your pc then restart and retry
  3. Reset VMS to "factory" settings https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/ Whilst written for Vegas pro it also applies to VMS but make sure you clear the cache.

Have just updated the only optional update in windows, cleared cache now not opening at all just loading all the time

When it does load just get blue spinning and not responding has only done this tonight .

Mine started working about an hour later, goes it access Vegas servers by any chance?
