I have a video file from a wedding that won't play. It reads the message "can't play. This file sin't playable. That might because
the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.
I've attached the Properties and Details of the file. Can anyone help. Of course it's critical "wedding speech footage." Akkkk

will other files from the same source play?
Bitrate seems really low. When you say it doesn't play, what programs or apps are you trying to play it with? Can Vegas open it? Also, please run Mediainfo (free program) on it and post the results here.
I'm happy to report that I didn't sleep well. I got up a few times to research the problem and found AVCCAM Restore by Panasonic it ran for a few hours and restored all the files it could find and fixed the corrupt file. My wedding speeches have been saved. Close call!!!!!! Thanks for everyone that chimed in.
